How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your House to House account at any time from Account → Plan & Billing → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion proceeds.

What Gets Deleted

• Your user profile and login credentials.
• All deals, due diligence records, financing details, risk assessments, offer logs, timelines, journal entries, and reflections you created.
• Development projects, daily logs, contractors, inspections, and related records you created.
• Documents and files you uploaded to the Document Vault or attached to deals or feedback.
• Investment Criteria, KPI, and Portfolio Dashboard data tied to your account.
• Team and collaborator invitations you sent.

What May Be Retained

• Billing and transaction records required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance (retained per our Data Retention Policy, independent of your account).
• Anonymized or aggregated usage statistics that no longer identify you.
• Records we are legally required to retain, such as evidence relevant to an active dispute or fraud investigation.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Stripe subscription's next billing date — we recommend cancelling your subscription from the Billing Portal before deleting your account. Our account deletion process will attempt to cancel any active subscription, but you should confirm cancellation directly with Stripe if you have any doubt.

This Cannot Be Undone

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We recommend exporting any deal data or documents you want to keep before deleting your account.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
